Late arrival. NOT THE FRESHEST INGREDIENTS as advertised. Over-priced. Cold. Dry. Nasty... And did I mention... NASTY!!! This was by far the nastiest pizza I've ever ordered from any Pizza Restaurant. The ordering process was mediocre. This place is not worth the 1 Star. I should've remained loyal to Papa Murphy's. Nope. Nuh Uh. Never Again.
I ordered pizzas an 1.5 hours ago and still haven't received and they don't answer the phone.
I ordered a pizza at 6:30pm it's now 8:06pm I still haven't received my order.
They put a pre authorization on my account for an online order that they didnt recieve and wont give me my meal customer service in desoto tx seems to be alittle off these bussiness only honor what they see but always never recieve orders for delivery online or the orders are always wrong
Ordered 3 calzones with sauce and received 3 extremely saucy calzones that were falling apart and when we started to eat them we found hair in the food. We tried calling the store 5 times before 10pm and the recording stated they were closed at 940 but to press 1 for assistance and no one answered. We called over and over and received no assistance. This is the worst service I have received and for a pizza chain not to answer their phone or turn them off before closing makes me suspect that they purposely messed up my order and put hair in it. I will be telling everyone not to use the Desoto location and I will mention it at our next city meeting.
