Visiting from out of town for a few weeks and was pleased to find this Golds nearby. I've never been to an Express and was surprised and pleased with what I found. The gym is well equipped, the equipment well maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I'm thankful to have found this place and give it my highest recommendation.
Very good experience. Everyone here has been awesome. Workout areas are constantly being cleaned by members and staff.
The janitor at this place keeps everything spotless. I am happy for the new stairmaster & the rowing machines.

Place is real nice. The people are nice and the facility is very clean. You can get on machines without waiting or someone being in your way. This is my new second home now!
