I have to say enterprise is usually pretty good with making renting simple and easy. I had to report a claim and this location was super nice. I came at a very busy time and experienced excellent customer service as soon as I came in. I also witnessed them handle the busy hour with multiple customers and phones ringing off the hook all with grace. Very personable. My service agent was Phillip.
I have had the pleasure of renting recently twice from Enterprise, DeSoto. The first was gold. Great price, the staff was great, the car was wonderful. They were very respectful and handled my account well. The second time, not as much. I felt most things went well but this time they double held funds, the full cost of the rental and an additional deposit. I did not care for that. I do not like these surprises.
Great customer service! They gave me a free upgrade for my rental dueto my patience as they were pretty busy when is gone in to pick up my car. I will not do business anywhere else!

Great service from the attendant that helped with the process at the local branch. The only area of opportunity that I have is to, notify the customer that you are only able to view the TV picture, only when the minivan is not moving. We went on a family vacation and unfortunately we were not able to utilize the TV,while traveling with kids.
